2 miles with 2 planned stops (.6 and 1.32 miles respectively).  First mile 9:34, second mile 10:15. I tried to slow down during the first mile so I could pick up the pace second mile but I still can't get that switch to happen. I only gas out as the run goes longer. Average heart rate was higher than usual at 170bpm for most of the run.

What is your HR normally? Was it any warmer or more humid than usual? Did you feel more fatigued than usual before the run?

I didn't feel overly tired before the run. After, I was extremely fatigued though. Normally for this run my average heart rate is between 155-164 for the past 2 weeks at this prescribed pace. I also hit the highest heart rate this year at 191 at one point during this run. I uploaded the data if you want to check it out.
